THE EXHIBITION

Field Day brings together nearly 200 customers and prospects with a shared interest in the turfgrass profession. By exhibiting at Field Day, you reach an attentive and target audience in a casual environment conducive to making personal connections.

Exhibiting companies receive a 75-word promotional listing in the onsite program book, a link on MTGF's website, and a mailing list of attendees at the conclusion of the event.

Exhibitors are assigned a 10' x 10' space. The exhibit fee covers space only. Exhibitors may bring their own tables, tablecloths, and chairs, or they can rent them for an additional fee using the registration form.

Each exhibiting company receives one (1) complimentary registration to the program and lunch for each 10' x 10' space purchased. Additional exhibiting personnel must purchase a full registration. Lunch is catered by Famous Dave's.

Thursday, September 11
5:30 - 7:30 a.m. Set-Up and Registration
7:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Exhibits Open
2:00 - 5:00 p.m. Take Down

EXHIBITING RULES AND REGULATIONS

Exhibitors may opt to set up on Wednesday, September 10 with approval by the MTGF, and arrangements must be made in advance. Contact Kathy Aro at 612.625.9234 or karo@mtgf.org for more information.

Because displays are outdoors, electricity is not available.

Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.

Security services are not available. All exhibitor equipment, displays, and other materials are displayed at your own risk.
